Engagement Model

Our customer engagement model if flexible and can cover one or multiple phases of the project. Starting from the Preparation stage, which focuses on evaluation, followed by Design proposal. Next, a roadmap is created, broken down into multiple iterations. For each iteration, we execute the Protection, both in terms of integration into existing cloud and security platforms, as well as automation to improve the efficiency of the process going forward. This is followed by Deployment, where the primary focus is on the detection and containment of threats and vulnerabilities.

In addition to these phases, there are ongoing engagement activities which continue in parallel with the roadmap. This includes Training of Dev, Ops and Security teams on cloud, cloud-native and security technologies. Another activity is Penetration Testing, which is followed by Analysis & Learning, and subsequent security enhancement. Finally, customer reliability and support is provided for issues or upgrades anywhere in the stack.
